3. Booking and Cancellation
When booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We require at least 24 hours notice for scheduling appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Missed appointments may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. All prices are in AED and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for services outside our standard service area.
5. Liability Limitations
While we strive to provide thorough and accurate assessments, E3LEVEN is not liable for any issues not identified during an inspection. Our reports are based on observable conditions at the time of inspection and do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of the vehicle's condition. The maximum liability of E3LEVEN for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our reports, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of E3LEVEN and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
