Professional module scanning where included, with current, stored or pending fault context when available. A clean scan alone does not prove complete vehicle health.

Portable-ramp inspection onsite where safe and practical, covering visible leaks, damage, corrosion, repair evidence and underbody or suspension condition.
Interior & electrical
Cabin condition, controls, warning systems, air conditioning and relevant electrical observations according to package scope.
Road test

Before you arrange the inspection
Can you inspect the car at the seller’s location?
Yes. E3LEVEN is an onsite service and normally attends the vehicle or seller location, subject to scheduling, safe access and applicable location charges.
Do I need to be present?
You do not normally need to bring the vehicle to E3LEVEN. The seller or dealer must provide suitable access, and operational arrangements are confirmed for the appointment.
Can you inspect a car in another emirate?
Service is available across the UAE subject to scheduling and location logistics. Select the correct emirate during booking so configured charges and availability can be shown.
Does a clean diagnostic scan mean the car has no problems?
No. A clean scan is one part of the assessment. Mechanical wear, body repairs, leaks and intermittent conditions may exist without a stored fault code.
Can you inspect underneath the vehicle onsite?
Underbody checks are included in applicable packages and use a portable-ramp method where the location, surface, clearance and surroundings make it safe and practical.
Can you tell if a panel has been repainted?
Paint readings and physical evidence can indicate repaint or repair work. PPF, materials and previous work can affect readings, so the result must be interpreted in context.
How do I receive the inspection findings?
E3LEVEN provides a digital report with the findings, remarks and available evidence relevant to the selected inspection.
Does the sample report represent every package?
No. It demonstrates the report format only. The checks and fields included depend on the selected package and vehicle.
Are location charges applicable?
They apply for locations configured with a surcharge. The booking flow is the source of truth for the final price before payment.
How is the inspection time confirmed?
Choose a preferred date and time window during booking. E3LEVEN then coordinates the appointment according to availability and access to the vehicle.
