- A road test depends on permission, registration, insurance and safe conditions; the rest of the inspection remains evidence-led when a road test is not possible.
- Dubai currently has no configured emirate surcharge. The booking flow remains the source of truth for the final price.
Buying from another emirate or from abroad?
You can arrange the inspection around the vehicle in Dubai while the seller provides access. The digital report and technician review let you assess the inspected condition without treating seller photographs or a video call as a substitute for the inspection.

Before you arrange the inspection
Do you have to take the car to an inspection centre in Dubai?
No. E3LEVEN is an onsite service. We attend the vehicle at a suitable agreed location rather than requiring it to be brought to an E3LEVEN centre.
Can you inspect at a Dubai showroom or dealer?
Yes, when the showroom or dealer agrees and provides safe, suitable access to the vehicle.
Can you inspect a car with no plates?
The stationary parts of the selected inspection can still be considered if access is suitable. A road test requires the vehicle to be legally and safely driveable and the seller to permit it.
Is Al Barsha an E3LEVEN inspection centre?
No. E3LEVEN provides mobile onsite inspections. Al Barsha is one possible vehicle location, not an E3LEVEN inspection centre.
